Your Next Opportunity:
As our next Production Scheduling Manager, you'll be working closely with our talented Production and Projects team to ensure that everything runs like clockwork across all our manufacturing locations. From start to finish, you'll oversee the process, ensuring that we deliver our projects within scope and budget for our architectural joinery clients.
We create high-quality pieces for a range of clients and sites, including architectural joinery clients, heritage buildings, and more, so you'll be stepping into a role where you can take pride in every piece that leaves the warehouse.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
To be considered for this position, you should have prior demonstrated experience in a similar role that saw you overseeing the Production Schedule of a team of Cabinetmakers and Joiners.
We're on the lookout for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the nitty-gritty of planning, organising, directing, and coordinating production activities and operations. If you're passionate about production management and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Other requirements include:
- Highly developed analytical and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines
- High-level communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite software and similar programs
- Current unrestricted Drivers Licence
The completion of a cabinet-making or joinery trade qualification will also be highly regarded, as will prior experience in working with databases and electronic records management systems.
