Sikorsky Australia is a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin Corporation, with 60 years of experience supporting rotary wing operators. Our main facility in Nowra supports the Australian Navy by maintaining the Royal Australian Navy's fleet of MH-60R Seahawk helicopters.

We now have opportunities at our Nowra facility for Logistics Support Analysts to join us full-time.

The Opportunity

As a  Logistics Support Analyst (LSA), you will work as an integral member of the Through Life Support  (TLS) team, participating in In-Service support activities, Spares analysis, Failure and Trend analysis and Technical Assessments for the MH60R Mission System and associated Support and Test Equipment (S&TE).

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a collaborative working relationship with all stakeholders 
• Ensure the project requirements and Commonwealth acceptance of deliverables are met
• Conduct spares analysis and identify recommended spares holdings
• Perform parts substitution identification analysis
• Perform Technical Assessment tasks.
• Generate reports and documents detailing the results of conducted analysis.
• Guide and assist in the maintenance of Logistic Support plans and procedures
• Collaborate with Field Service Representatives for technical advice 
• Actively participate in customer meetings and contribute to program completion and business improvement efforts.

About You

When you join Sikorsky Australia, you will be part of the global Lockheed Martin Team and be joining a collaborative and supportive environment. At Sikorsky Australia, we value our team and our people and upskill and train our colleagues. 

As an LSA, you will have experience in a similar role and have strong computer literacy with experience in inventory management systems and data analysis skills.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications to diploma level and/or relevant experience within a professional logistics engineering environment 
• Experience, preferably with proficiency in MILIS, eMRD, CAMM2, MEX, OPUS10, Omega PS, or similar systems
• An understanding and use of the Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR) 
• Experience in Defence or similar projects requiring Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) engineering activities  
• Strong experience in collaborating with service contractors and providers
