About the Opportunity
Procycles has a fantastic opportunity for a Spare Parts Interpreter to join their expanding team, with opportunities available in either their St Peters or Hornsby branches.
In this sales focused role, you will be responsible for all aspects of Parts Interpreting, including answering phone, front counter and floor sales, with the emphasis being on BMW and Triumph parts, clothing and accessories.
To be considered, candidates will be an existing Motorcycle Parts Interpreter with experience and knowledge to bring to the organisation, ideally combined with a customer service/ sales background. Professional individuals who have relevant Motor Vehicle Parts Interpreting experience combined with a passion for working with this prestigious product, will be highly regarded. Accessories product knowledge would be advantageous.
In this role you will work as part of a small, close knit and supportive team environment but must have the ability to work independently.
Your neat and professional presentation, coupled with your friendly and helpful phone and communication skills will allow you to succeed in this varied role where you will be liaising with a wide range of customers and clients. The ideal applicant will also have experience in computer based stock control, though applicants with the ability to pick this up quickly due to their existing computer skills and logical approach to managing systems will also be considered.
