Our team is growing, and we are now on the lookout for passionate full-time Service Technicians to join our team in Rockhampton QLD, on a full-time basis. You will be part of a team that values professional growth, enthusiasm and steadfast dedication.

The opportunity

Working in various sites with full support from head office, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of vital equipment that supports patient care. From Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, you'll dive into a dynamic routine where no two days are the same. Your mission: servicing and repairing a diverse array of equipment, including patient beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, commodes, pan sanitisers, and beyond.

Please note: given the unique demands of this position, frequent travel across Central Queensland is an essential aspect. Rest assured; we will fully cover all your travel expenses.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose, repair and maintain essential equipment used in patient care
• Work hand-in-hand with a passionate team to uphold our commitment to exceptional service
• Collaborate with other healthcare organisations, nursing homes, and private clients to ensure their equipment operates at its best.

You'll be great in this role because:

To thrive in this role, you will have, at a minimum, a restricted electrical license or be willing to obtain. We're seeking individuals who prioritise customers and their needs. Your success hinges on your strong customer service focus, accuracy, and efficiency. You should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work with remote supervision. Good time management will be crucial.

Strong diagnostic skills are a must, and an electrical license is a plus.

This role comes with a competitive salary circa $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with your skills and experience) plus super. Additionally, you'll have access to fantastic benefits, including:
