Your Next Opportunity:

As our newest Diploma Educator, you will be responsible for the supervision and care for children in our centres while also providing active leadership of a Studio/Room. This will involve building healthy and nurturing relationships with not just the children enrolled in our programs, but ensuring their families are continuously updated on any developments as required. 

Day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Supervising children in your room and facilitating play-based learning activities
• Documenting child development on our Story Park learning platform
• Communicating with parents and guardians regarding any incidents involving their child
• Observing and assessing children in line with key developmental milestones
• Setting up the rooms or outdoor facilities for any planned activities 
• Ensuring child wellbeing practices are followed, including those related to illness, suspected illness, medication administration, health condition needs, food restriction requirements, etc
• Providing support, coaching, mentorship and leadership to Team Members in your allocated Studio/Room

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

To be considered for these positions, candidates should hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and have some demonstrated experience in a similar role. A key component of this position will be contributing to the overall culture of the Centre - we want it to be an environment where we would be happy to send our own children, so a supportive and positive nature will go a long way.

You’ll have an engaging demeanour that allows you to interact with the children comfortably, while also having a thorough understanding of the relevant pedagogy impacting child learning and development.
