Your Next Opportunity:

As our next Level 3 Senior Systems and Escalation Engineer, you will have the exciting opportunity to ensure the smooth running of systems for clients who have engaged us as their Managed Service Provider. You’ll do this by taking on escalated tickets, employing your expertise to swiftly diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless IT operations.

You'll also play a key role in implementing clients' systems, requiring occasional travel to their offices. These offices are primarily situated conveniently close to our central Sydney CBD location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing Escalated Tickets: Taking ownership of escalated technical tickets from clients to diagnose and resolve complex issues while ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction
• Systems Optimisation: Collaborating with the team to optimise and fine-tune IT systems, leveraging your expertise to enhance performance and reliability across various client environments
• Client Engagement: Interacting directly with clients to understand their IT needs, provide expert guidance, and recommend proactive measures to improve the overall IT infrastructure and ensure overall operational efficiency
• On-Site Support: Participating in on-site visits to clients’ offices, assessing their IT environments, implementing solutions, and fostering strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service and support

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

To be considered for this position, you will need recent demonstrated experience in a similar role that saw you providing support in an MSP environment. 

Your highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal) will ensure the timely dissemination of critical information to clients and team members, while your client-centric approach will foster strong relationships, instill confidence, and deliver exceptional service that aligns with Insight Integration’s commitment to excellence.

Additional requirements include:

• The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
• Highly developed Microsoft365 knowledge
• Microsoft desktop and server troubleshooting skills
• Excellent knowledge of network infrastructure (Switch/VLAN/Wifi/Firewall)
• Experience with Virtualisation Platforms (Azure, AWS, VMWare and Hyper-V)
• Current valid driver’s licence, with reliable access to own vehicle
