Due to exciting growth, we now have the opportunity for part-time and full-time Security Guards to join our Sydney-based team.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for providing onsite security services to your client, and providing a high level of customer service and support to them. With the support of your team based out of our head office, you will ensure safety and security for your client.

We work across Sydney and are looking for guards to take on clients in the CBD, North Shore area, and Parramatta area. We have different rosters for each location, and you will work a range of shifts across a seven-day-per-week roster, including weekends and overnights.

Much of the work we do is facilities-related, providing access to tradies, events staff, cleaners, gardeners, and more. You will also give people access control, check bags on entrance and exit, check CCTV, conduct site inductions, respond to incidents, and maintain accurate reporting and compliance at all times.

You will report to the site manager, and always be happy to answer queries from your client.

About You

As one of our new Security Guards, you will have a minimum of 1+ years experience working as a security guard, and be confident in working autonomously. A proactive person, you will be confident in remaining calm under pressure and in unpredictable situations. You will value providing a high level of customer service to your clients.

You will have:

• A Certificate II in Security Operations or higher
• Valid 1AC security license
• First aid certificate, including CPR or the ability to obtain
• A valid NSW Working With Children’s Check or the ability to obtain

Salary and Benefits

As one of our Security Guards, you will earn an attractive hourly rate circa $25-$30 per hour plus super negotiable dependent on experience.
