About the Opportunity
Techhead Interactive is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative and Telstra Provisioning Specialist to join their team in Frenchs Forest, just half an hour away from Sydney CBD!
Working within the Operations Division, the Customer Service Representative will primarily be responsible for ensuring clients are professionally supported with efficiently run mobile communication technology, while the Telstra Provisioning Specialist will primarily be ensuring clients are efficiently and accurately connected to Telstra.
Some of the more specific duties of the Customer Service Representative will include but not be limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients including handling general first point of contact enquiries via phone, email and distribution of faxes;
- Usage of internal systems to manage account information, place orders and ensure all support requests are logged, accurate, updated and completed;
- Understanding and using Telstra systems, including liaising with Telstra; and
- Providing after hours support to all VIP Clients, as well as emergency support for all other clients, on a roster system.
Some of the more specific duties of the Telstra Provisioning Specialist will include but not be limited to:
- Completing all mobile connections within Telstra systems;
- Understanding and using Telstra systems including liaising with Telstra;
- Actively monitoring and processing awaiting services;
- Managing and updating information within internal systems;
- Proactively checking for product & plan updates; and
- Invoicing Telstra for all applicable incentives, bonuses and rebates on completion of connection.
To be considered for these positions, you will ideally have demonstrated customer service and administrative experience sufficient to carry out the tasks listed above.
For the Customer Service Representative position, you must be extremely customer focused, with high attention to detail levels and a demonstrated ability to problem solve under pressure. Knowledge of Telstra products will be highly advantageous.
For the Telstra Provisioning Specialist position you must be a quick learner with an enthusiastic willingness to learn. Strong client focused abilities are also required.
Both roles require the successful candidates to be extremely computer literate in order to use the Telstra systems, with highly developed and effective communication skills. Most importantly, candidates will need to be self motivated 'go getters' who are able to work comfortably and accurately in a fast paced environment.
