Your New Career
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team in Global HO in Brisbane.
Working closely with our leadership team, the primary purpose of the role is to coordinate and facilitate L&D programs for our team members which align with our business objectives and enhance the talent and capability of our team. There will be a heavy focus on L&D for our Sales department.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Design and coordinate the development of learning content for various learning and organisational development initiatives - including but not limited to competency frameworks, functional learning, leadership learning, performance and talent development programs (mentoring & coaching);
- Assist with the implementation of our performance review cycle, and promote uptake across the business;
- Learning Management System optimisation including digitalisation of learning content for the group;
- Contribute to the ongoing development of an exciting and engaging learning brand and culture across the organisation; and
- Assist the STG Leadership Team in driving greater employee retention initiatives.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources OR Training;
- Proven experience within L&D;
- Engaging, collaborative and consultative approach with demonstrated ability to interact at all levels and build strong, respectful relationships;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

The Benefits
Remuneration for this role is circa $75,000-$95,000 (base salary, super, and performance-based incentives).
