Your Opportunity

We now have multiple exciting opportunities for dedicated Service Technicians to join the team on a full-time basis across Sydney, NSW!

Across a variety of domestic-based, commercial-based and government-based work, you will primarily be responsible for carrying out Air Conditioning servicing, maintenance and repairs for new and existing customers.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Adhering and developing strong OH&S procedures;
• Conducting maintenance and repairs on various air conditioning systems;
• Carrying out warranty repairs in accordance with OEM manufacturer specifications; 
• Providing mechanical services maintenance and repairs; 
• Supervising apprentices and assisting them in learning new skills; and
• Providing high-level customer service and client support troubleshooting.

What you need

As a Service Technician you must have a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration along with a White Card, Arctic Card and current unrestricted Australian Drivers License.

To be part of the team, you’ll be reliable and conscientious in your work, always showing up on time and dedicated to providing great service. Importantly, you will be a team player who is willing to help other junior staff. It is also imperative that you place a strong emphasis on safety and have a strong technical knowledge.
