Your New Career

Joining our team as the Marketing Automation and CRM Specialist places you at a pivotal point in our company's growth trajectory. In this role, you will refine customer and prospect communications, with the goal of building stronger relationships with existing customers and generating more leads among prospective customers. This is a golden opportunity to work closely with our senior leadership and make a tangible, lasting impact.

Reporting directly to our Global Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in:

• Own the development of new customer and prospect centric journeys, working alongside our Systems Administrator to build and bring these journeys to life.
• Executing comprehensive email-driven campaigns, from construction using HTML to testing, deployment, and detailed reporting. 
• Coordinating targeted audience segmentation strategies, ensuring our digital campaigns are sharp and impactful
• Generating and analysing reports on CRM performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and elevate customer experiences
• Tailor and personalise our interactions with prospects and customers using data driven insights on customer behaviours, needs, and preferances. 
• Optimisation of HubSpot Marketing Hub to ensure the platform is being utilised to its full potential

Situated at our headquarters in Milton, Brisbane, you will be at the heart of our efforts to innovate and excel in customer communications, directly contributing to improved conversion rates and sales.

About You

Your role as a Marketing Automation and CRM Specialist demands more than just expertise; it requires a passion for diving deep into the customer journey and using automated communications to enhance every interaction.

With proven years of hands-on experience in marketing automation (e.g, Hubspot Marketing Hub), CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and communications, your ability to manage campaigns through various automation platforms will be vital.
