Your New Career

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to be a part of our team in our global Milton, Brisbane headquarters.

Reporting to the Recruitment Marketing Lead, your primary responsibility will be creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns, customised precisely with the individual client's recruitment intentions in mind.

With training from your leaders and support from our in-house L&D team to set you up for success, your more typical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Customising and managing talent acquisition marketing campaigns for our portfolio of clients
  • Analysing and researching the market to gather data regarding industry competitiveness, salary insights, and labour market sentiment
  • Copywriting and designing branded talent landing pages, based on the client's brand identity and recruitment intentions
  • Executing active and passive candidate attraction strategies, including top job boards advertising (e.g., SEEK Classic and Standout), Indeed PPC, Social Media, LinkedIn Recruiter, email marketing, recruitment SEO, and other digital marketing avenues
  • Overseeing full recruitment campaigns to maximise impressions, views, clicks, and conversions
  • Advising clients on strategic solutions to attract the volume and quality of applicants, to fill the advertised role
  • Managing complete campaign schedules and advertising budget
  • Collaborating with other teams (e.g., Sales, Software, and Talent Engagement) to ensure the success of every campaign

About You

Scout Talent's Recruitment Marketing team is leading the way in the evolution of recruitment in today's digital age! We are a small team of data-driven industry experts looking to add an experienced, passionate and talented individual brimming with potential to nurture their recruitment career.

To qualify, you must have proven years of recruitment sourcing experience and must be proficient in copywriting and recruitment best practices. You must also have experience in Digital HeadHunting (using LinkedIn Recruiter & SEEK Talent Search) and Job Board SEO. Experience in Social Media Advertising and a tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or Marketing will be highly regarded. 

In this client-facing role, you'll need exceptional communication skills, confidence, and the ability to effortlessly manage expectations, leveraging your expertise to exceed client needs.
