The Opportunity

Exciting opportunities for full-time Recruitment Consultants await at our global riverside head office in Milton, Brisbane

We have a 'warm desk' of trading clients which you will inherit. In addition you will be expected to find and generate new business.

Act as a trusted Consultant, fostering strong client relationships and showcasing our long-term value as their recruitment partner. 

And the best part? You will also be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists (recruitment marketers, shortlisters, and client success specialists) who will provide & execute the actual recruitment solutions, and even collaborate with your sales strategies!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Connect with prospects and engage in impactful conversations;
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and KPI targets;
  • Identify and leverage value propositions to secure new business;
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to tailor optimal solutions for clients;
  • Manage the cross-sell and up-sell process from start to finish;
  • Cultivate strong relationships, drive renewals, and expand client portfolio; and
  • Increase lifetime value and maximise platform usage on the Scout Talent platform.

Please note, these are full time roles based in our Milton office Monday-Friday. We value in-person collaboration and do not offer regular WFH.

This role comes with on-target earnings of $100,000 - $120,000 in year 1, with further growth in year 2 and beyond. Comprised of base salary inclusive of super, uncapped commissions and milestone bonuses.
