About the Opportunity

Insight Charity Fundraising Services has several fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic Telemarketer / Charity Fundraising to work within their Sydney CBD team.

Due to business expansion, Insight is looking for mature minded, driven people to raise funds over the phone for one of their charity clients who are Australia's leading youth welfare organisation.

These roles will be working 5 days per week, Tuesday – Friday, 12-8pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm.

This is a fast-paced, varied role requiring high call volume, with the expectation of a correspondingly high number of sales. No formal qualifications are required for this role - the #1 requirement is demonstrated sales and persuasion abilities.

To be successful, you will need to be motivated, determined and resilient to knock-backs, with the ability to maintain a positive and high energy work style throughout the day. Some computer experience is essential as are good typing skills.

Most importantly, you will be an enthusiastic 'go getter' with a strong work ethic, the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment, and fantastic sales and customer service skills that will enable you to raise funds to provide a safe and supportive environment for young people!

About the Benefits

Whether you are a traveller wanting to make over $10,000 while on holiday here or are in- between jobs and wanting to start a career in the Charity Fundraising/Sales sector, this is the perfect opportunity!!

For the first 80 hours, employees will be considered trainees, and will be paid $19.46/hour weekdays, and $21.41 on Saturdays. After the 80 hour training period, all employees are paid $21/hour flat rate for all days. Employees are paid 4% commission on all confirmed sales (cc/pdd) on top of their hourly rate.

Upon successful completion of  the 3 month position, employees will receive a one-time bonus payout of $500 and be eligible for a permanent full time contract with more flexible hours!

Located in an extremely convenient location, you will also receive paid induction and ongoing training as well as various incentives, social nights and more!
