What's the Opportunity?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fast paced, hands-on role in a busy, dynamic environment therefore you must be administratively strong with excellent communication skills.

You’ll join Scout Talent’s Global Talent Acquisition department - with passionate team members working across Brisbane, Melbourne, Vancouver and Manila. Specialisations in your department include Recruitment Marketing, Talent Sourcing, Talent Engagement and Employer Branding. Your role will (at least initially) be primarily focused on talent sourcing and attraction, and you will have the opportunity to gain experience and work across different TA functions if desired.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Run tailored talent acquisition campaigns for both internal recruitment within Scout Talent Group, as well as for our clients.
  • Research market trends for salary and industry competitiveness.
  • Craft eye-catching talent landing pages.
  • Drive candidate traffic through diverse marketing channels.
  • Optimise recruitment campaigns for maximum engagement.
  • Manage recruitment timelines and budgets.
  • Team up with Sales to provide excellent client experiences and outcomes.

Who are we looking for?

We're on the lookout for someone who:

  • Has at least 12 months experience in recruitment.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Is savvy with recruitment marketing / advertising channels (e.g. Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media).
  • Is a sharp problem solver with an eye for detail.
  • Keeps cool when there's a lot going on at once.
  • Is passionate about all things Talent Acquisition, including TA Tech!
