The Opportunity

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Leader and play a pivotal role in our dynamic expansion. This full-time position is based in our Milton office, where you'll lead a talented team across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Manila to scale our innovative TA/Recruitment Software and Solutions.

Your Role

Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment for both our clients and internally for Scout Talent in a fast-paced environment.
Mentor and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, guiding them in best recruitment practices.
Develop and oversee recruitment metrics and KPIs to boost productivity and gauge the success of our campaigns.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal leaders to enhance recruitment strategies and resource planning.
Manage recruitment budgets, including ad spending.

About You

Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition with proven results.
At least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of recruitment cost management.
Expertise in utilising advanced recruitment tools and platforms.
A pragmatic, 'can-do' attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
Able and willing to work in our Milton office 5 days per week.

A competitive total compensation package circa $120K-$150K (negotiated based on experience/skills), including base salary, performance incentives, and superannuation.
