About the Opportunity

Mangano IT is seeking a full-time Technical Consultant (Service Desk Level 2 Support Specialist), based in Hamilton, QLD.

Reporting to the Technical Consultants Team Lead, this role is accountable for delivering exceptional managed services support and ensuring efficient resolution of clients’ technical issues.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing service delivery through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and positive feedback
  • Resolving and escalating technical service requests within defined SLAs
  • Providing exceptional client service, ensuring accurate documentation and feedback
  • Contributing to continuous improvement processes and team initiatives
  • Leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Solutions, Azure, and ConnectWise Suite to enhance service delivery

You will be expected to work within a team that covers office hours from 7 am to 6 pm, with team members required to cover these hours. This role includes a 6-month probation period.

What you'll bring to the role

To qualify, you will need expertise in Microsoft Solutions, the ConnectWise Suite, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar technical support role, ideally with a Managed Service Provider (MSP). We are looking for someone who has demonstrated clear career development over this time, consistently taking on new challenges and expanding their expertise.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

  • Diverse IT experience across different industries
  • L2 diagnostic approach experience
  • Ability to manage varied tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Azure
  • Relevant qualifications in IT support or a related field
  • Superior time-management and prioritisation skills
