About the Opportunity

Flight Centre Limited continues to grow and is looking for an enthusiastic and creative full time SQL Developer CRM to join their global team based out of Brisbane.
In this diverse and interesting role, you will primarily be administering the SQL Database which is integrated to CRM Salesforce.com.
You will also be introduced to a range of new technology including the exciting new platform Force.com!
More specifically, some of your key duties will include:
- Building relationships with Country Administrators/personnel to ensure all data is received in a timely manner in the format required;
- Assisting new countries/nations to ensure extracts are created in format required;
- Developing and maintaining User interface to enable remote upload of transactions using C#.net or VB.net;
- Creating scripts which manipulate the CRM where either coding or CRM customisation is not the solution;
- Ensuring that scripts are operational, the SQL database is maintained for efficiency; and
- Creating Complex SQL Queries for Data availability within CRM.

You’ll ideally be degree qualified in a relevant disciple, though all candidates must have a minimum one years experience in relational database, SQL Server 2005/2008 and C#.net and VB.net.
You’ll be an honest and professional individual who loves to think outside the box and let their creativity and innovation do the work. You will demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills including the ability to produce workable solutions to a range of problems.
In addition, you will have a strong understanding of business practices with a strong understanding of CRM programs being highly regarded.
