About the Opportunity
Stabilised Pavements of Australia is looking for a full-time Civil Estimator/Bid Manager based in Perth, WA.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead the front-end procurement of projects within the Western Australia stabilisation business. Your role will involve managing project estimations from first principles, overseeing tender processes, and ensuring excellent client management.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Estimating from first principles using SPA and external software tools
- Managing RFP and tender preparation and submission
- Providing variation and price change management to project delivery teams
- Reviewing SOR panel rates and applying rise and fall adjustments
- Contributing to weekly and monthly business reporting
- Maintaining CRM databases and contributing to strategic management decisions
- Providing assistance to the Major Projects team
- Developing and maintaining industry relationships
- Managing HR responsibilities, including staff training, performance management, and recruitment

About You
To qualify, you will need extensive experience in civil pavement and earthworks construction, preferably in WA. Proficiency in civil estimating software and Microsoft programs, along with a strong understanding of civil specifications and contract law, is also required.
