About the Opportunity

Gro Clinics is looking for part-time Hair Growth Doctors based in Sydney, Brisbane, and Gold Coast, with flexibility to work three or four days per week.

This role is responsible for providing high-quality hair restoration procedures, including hair transplants, alongside consultations and treatments designed to promote hair growth. The position also requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless and comprehensive patient care. 

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing consistent, safe, and high-quality hair transplants and other hair growth procedures
• Overseeing safe and high-quality nurse-delivered hair transplant procedures
• Performing Regen by Gro hair growth treatments, including PRP and PRF
• Conducting consultations during the assessment process, pre-operatively, and post-operatively
• Leading and coaching the medical team to maintain exceptional standards
• Representing Gro Clinics at industry conferences and forums

About You

To qualify, you will need to be a Registered Medical Practitioner with AHPRA and hold an MBBS or equivalent medical degree. A minimum of two years of post-qualification experience as a practising doctor will also be essential, ensuring you have the confidence and independence to thrive in this role.

Prior experience in hair transplant procedures is advantageous but not mandatory. Gro Clinics is willing to provide comprehensive training.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

• Gro Training Academy Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding and interest in the hair replacement and cosmetic industry
• Attention to detail and excellent eye-hand coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to focus on tasks for prolonged periods
• Experience leading and coaching medical teams
