About the Opportunity
CBS Printing is seeking a skilled Bindery/Print Finishing Operator to join its team in Smeaton Grange, NSW. Reporting to the Production Manager, this is a hands-on role that involves operating a variety of bindery equipment, supporting production schedules, and contributing to a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating bindery equipment including guillotines, MBO folders, Horizon stitchers, and Morgana scorers
- Managing cutting, folding, stitching, scoring, and drilling processes to meet production deadlines
- Prioritising your workflow and leading by example to achieve team objectives
- Maintaining quality control and troubleshooting machinery as needed
- Supporting despatch and general production tasks as required
About You

- A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in print finishing and bindery operations
- Strong experience operating guillotines and other finishing equipment
- Trade qualifications in operating bindery equipment
- The ability to lead, prioritise, and manage your workflow autonomously
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience with folding and glueing processes
- Willingness to learn and master additional equipment
