About the Opportunity

CBS Printing is seeking a skilled Bindery/Print Finishing Operator to join its team in Smeaton Grange, NSW. Reporting to the Production Manager, this is a hands-on role that involves operating a variety of bindery equipment, supporting production schedules, and contributing to a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating bindery equipment including guillotines, MBO folders, Horizon stitchers, and Morgana scorers
• Managing cutting, folding, stitching, scoring, and drilling processes to meet production deadlines
• Prioritising your workflow and leading by example to achieve team objectives
• Maintaining quality control and troubleshooting machinery as needed
• Supporting despatch and general production tasks as required

About You

As the ideal candidate, you are a motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to help build a performing culture. • A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in print finishing and bindery operations
• Strong experience operating guillotines and other finishing equipment
• Trade qualifications in operating bindery equipment
• The ability to lead, prioritise, and manage your workflow autonomously
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines

Desirable skills and experience:

• Experience with folding and glueing processes
• Willingness to learn and master additional equipment
