About the Opportunity
We are looking for multiple passionate Speech Pathologists to join our growing team. Whether you are an early-career therapist or an experienced professional, we tailor roles to suit your career aspirations. We work a 38-hour week, with billables set at 5.8 hours per day—including travel, report writing, and non-face-to-face work, ensuring a sustainable workload.
Your role will include:

Providing high-quality, client-centred speech pathology services across paediatric and adult caseloads

Conducting assessments and designing personalised therapy plans
-
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
-
Delivering services in our well-equipped clinics, in community settings, or via telehealth

Opportunities for furthering your special interests such as within early intervention, autism assessments, feeding clinics, or adult rehabilitation

Participating in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology

SPA membership (Speech Pathology Australia)

A passion for working with diverse clients, from children to adults

Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to professional growth

A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)

A valid driver’s license (for community-based roles)
