About the Role

Milton, Brisbane | Full-time | 5 Days in Office

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill marketing gig. As our Marketing Automation & Growth Specialist, you’ll be the architect behind high-performance marketing engines — designing, testing, launching, and optimising campaigns that scale.

This role is tailor-made for someone who lives at the intersection of tech, data, and creative execution. You’re someone who’s just as comfortable tweaking a HubSpot workflow as you are brainstorming a new campaign concept. You get a buzz from A/B tests, love a solid funnel, and aren’t afraid to experiment and pivot when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and optimise our marketing automation systems – Build and refine HubSpot workflows, sequences, and customer journeys that drive conversions
  • Drive high-volume email campaigns – Execute both cold outreach and nurturing campaigns using tools like Instantly, ZoomInfo, and CRM data, with precision targeting
  • Strategic content delivery – Build smart, scalable content campaigns that align with sales goals and drive leads across multiple channels (email, web, socials)
  • Landing page, website & CRO execution – Partner with our UX/UI designer and digital specialists to test, tweak, and enhance digital conversion points
  • Campaign experimentation – Implement and analyse split tests, new formats, and emerging tools to help us stay ahead of the curve
  • Performance analytics – Track, interpret, and present marketing data that tells a story – and use it to sharpen campaigns and boost ROI
  • Brand evolution – Ensure alignment with our bold, professional brand voice and help evolve it as our market matures
  • Support paid and organic initiatives – Provide insights and executional support for digital ads, SEO strategy, and sponsorships

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in a digital or technical marketing role, ideally in B2B or SaaS
  • Proven experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce integrations
  • Exposure to cold email platforms like Instantly or ZoomInfo
  • Strong campaign execution skills – from strategy to delivery to reporting
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, especially for email and web
  • Experience working closely with sales, product, and digital teams
  • A passion for testing, optimisation, and growth marketing strategies
