About You
While formal IT qualifications are valued, they’re not essential — what truly sets you apart is deep, hands-on experience at a senior level. You’ve spent years honing your craft in systems administration and bring a practical, solutions-focused understanding of enterprise IT environments.
You will ideally bring:
- Several years of progressive experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure support
- End-to-end knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite including Azure AD, Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint
- A strong foundation in networking technologies such as VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networks
- Experience with Active Directory and endpoint support (e.g., Windows 11, Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
- Familiarity with system administration tools and service desk platforms (e.g. Kaseya, ServiceNow, ManageEngine)
As our ideal candidate, you’ve built your knowledge from the ground up. You’ve “been in the game” for some time, know how to get under the hood of complex systems, and are excited about stepping into a role with high future potential. You’re resourceful, technically savvy, and ready to take the lead over time.
