We are looking for a Manager of Employment Services and multiple Employment Consultants to join our team. These roles work closely together to deliver holistic and culturally safe employment support within the community.
Depending on your skills and experience, you may be suited to the Manager, Senior Consultant or Consultant positions.
If you have proven leadership experience, including supervising teams, coaching staff, and managing service delivery, you could step into the Manager of Employment Services role. You’ll also bring knowledge of case management, reporting, compliance, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver positive outcomes.
Depending on your years of experience working directly with clients in employment services, social services, health, education, or community programs, you may be suited to an Employment Consultant or Senior Consultant roles. In this position, you’ll work one-on-one with clients, helping them navigate challenges, connect to opportunities, and achieve their goals, while learning and growing under the guidance of senior staff.
