Marketing Associate – Innovation & Growth

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Associate with a passion for innovation, AI, and growth marketing. You’ll roll up your sleeves and learn fast—executing campaigns that generate leads, build awareness, and fuel our sales team.

What you’ll do:

Launch and optimise email campaigns, cold outreach, and social content.
Work with our GM and Fractional CMO to test, learn, and scale tactics.
Use automation tools and AI to create content and campaigns.
Experiment with new channels, bring fresh ideas, and measure impact.
Collaborate with sales to make sure campaigns deliver real results.

What you’ll bring:

Recently graduated or 1–2 years’ experience in marketing.
Passion for digital marketing, automation, and innovation.
Great writing skills and curiosity to learn fast.
A hands-on, “let’s make it happen” attitude.
