We are looking for a full-time Sales and Account Executive (Junior to Mid Level) to join us in Milton.
This is an in-office, outbound sales role. You will drive pipeline, run your own deals, and sell across both our services and technology. There is no handballing — just real ownership, backed by a capable delivery team.
You will:
- Run high-impact discovery calls and pitch tailored solutions
- Sell both our recruitment services and software
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to renewal
- Collaborate with our incredible specialist teams help you close deals and retain business
With AI support, a clear playbook, and strong mentorship, you will have everything you need to win — but the drive must come from you.

This role is for someone who loves selling, not just someone looking for a sales job.
You’ll thrive if you have:
- 1 to 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
- Confidence across full-cycle sales
- Strong communication and natural curiosity
- CRM and KPI comfort
- Grit, focus, and energy
Bonus if you bring:
- Experience in SaaS, recruitment, tech or media sales
- Confidence using AI or sales enablement tools
