Your Next Big Move
Scout Talent is looking for a full time Senior Digital Marketing Specialist based in Brisbane, QLD.
This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership of digital performance and marketing automation. You’ll design, launch and optimise integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive product and service growth.
You’re not just managing channels, you’re driving pipeline.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building and managing multi channel campaigns across paid media, email, web and social
- Running digital acquisition through Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and emerging channels
- Optimising lead funnels and landing pages for conversion, CAC and ROI
- Leading marketing automation through HubSpot, including segmentation, lead scoring and nurture flows
- Collaborating with Content and Product Marketing to shape messaging and campaign assets
- Measuring performance and delivering insight led reports on MQLs, CAC, pipeline and attribution
- Testing new digital and AI driven tools to improve campaign efficiency and personalisation
- Partnering with Sales and Product to ensure alignment across the buyer journey
The DNA We’re Looking For
To qualify, you’ll need a tertiary qualification in marketing, digital media, communications or a related field. You’ll also need at least five years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS context.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Deep expertise in digital channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO and paid social
- Strong hands on skills with HubSpot or similar for marketing automation
- Clear understanding of lead funnel metrics and lifecycle marketing
- Ability to design and optimise campaigns end to end, from copy to conversion
- Solid grasp of analytics and attribution, including GA, HubSpot and UTM strategy
- Curiosity around emerging martech and AI tools
- A commercial mindset — you think in terms of pipeline, ROI and growth levers
You won’t need to lead a team from day one, but you’ll be a go-to for digital strategy, troubleshooting and results. You'll mentor peers, shape best practice and collaborate with content, design, product and sales to connect the dots across the full funnel.
