About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to lead, execute, and optimise marketing initiatives across multiple brands and geographies, driving high-quality lead generation and brand visibility.
This hands-on role is ideal for a mid-to-senior marketer ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to craft, execute, and refine campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the General Managers to execute the groups marketing strategy
- Developing and executing full-funnel multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Partnering with Sales to align messaging, campaign strategy, and conversion pathways
- Creating compelling content, including thought leadership, case studies, social media, video, and email
- Managing and optimising paid media across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta with a strong focus on ROI
- Using analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to guide strategy and performance improvement
- Collaborating with Product Marketing on launches, feature releases, and customer communication
- Experimenting with and implementing AI tools to increase efficiency and campaign effectiveness
- Developing and executing brand awareness initiatives to enhance visibility, credibility, and market presence
- Managing marketing initiatives across two brands (Scout Talent and Recruit Shop) and four markets (Australia, New Zealand, Canada & US)
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B, SaaS or recruitment marketing
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or similar
- Strong HubSpot experience (essential)
- Salesforce experience (highly desirable)
- Proven capability in managing multi-channel digital campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging
- Strong analytical ability and confidence working with performance metrics
- Experience across SEO, AEO, GEO, CRO, paid media, and website optimisation
- Interest in experimenting with AI to streamline workflows and improve creative and commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated experience building and amplifying brand awareness across multi-channel environments.
