Elevate Your Recruitment Career, Influence Someone Else’s Future
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us at our Milton HQ. This is a 5-day, in-office role suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced collaboration, quick problem-solving, and working closely with a supportive, high-energy team.
You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for a diverse client portfolio, owning everything from attraction strategy to shortlist presentation. You’ll craft brand-aligned campaigns, manage strong talent pipelines, and partner with our Sales teams to deliver quality outcomes.
What’s on the cards:
- Crafting tailored job ads and recruitment marketing strategies
- Running multi-channel campaigns across job boards, social platforms, and LinkedIn
- Conducting structured phone and video interviews
- Working with clients to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Designing behavioural interview frameworks aligned to capability and culture
- Presenting shortlists with clarity and confidence
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-target delivery
- Advising clients on attraction tactics, market trends, and candidate behaviour

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who’s ready for their next step — someone who’s built a solid foundation in the craft and is now looking to deepen their impact, sharpen their skills, and grow with a team that genuinely values how they show up.
We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years’ recruitment experience, whether that’s been in an agency, internal TA, or RPO environment. Above all, mindset, maturity, and your approach to people matter most.

- Bring strong recruitment fundamentals and the ability to advise hiring managers and candidates with credibility
