Build Your Career the Right Way
A full time Talent Acquisition role based in Milton, with one day work from home each week.
This position comes with a comprehensive onboarding program, structured induction, and a proper ramp up period. We invest in our people and set them up properly from day one.
You will work across organisations supporting communities across Australia, alongside established corporate clients with complex hiring needs.
If you are frustrated in a traditional agency environment trying to earn your stripes under heavy KPIs and constant cold calling, this could be your reset.
This role is about recruiting. Not pushing sales calls. Not chasing unrealistic activity numbers. Just doing good recruitment properly. You will:
- Translate briefs into structured recruitment campaigns
- Craft compelling job advertisements
- Run multi channel attraction campaigns
- Screen and assess candidates using structured behavioural techniques
- Partner closely with hiring managers
- Present thoughtful shortlists with clear rationale
- Use AI enabled technology to work smarter

You have 1 to 3 years experience in recruitment in any setting or industry, but more importantly, you bring the right mindset. You care about quality, meaningful recruitment delivery, and changing the lives of candidates and the businesses they join, not just filling roles.
You are thoughtful, accountable, and open to feedback. You want to improve. You want long term growth, not just your next placement. And you have:
- Strong foundations in behavioural interviewing and candidate assessment
- Confidence speaking with candidates and hiring managers
- The ability to write clear and engaging job advertisements
- Comfort using recruitment systems and technology
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
