We are looking for a full-time Sales and Account Executive (Junior to Mid Level) to join us in Milton, QLD — 5 days a week, in-office.

You will drive pipeline, run your own deals, and primarily sell our recruitment services, powered by software, but rooted in people and solutions. This role is about ownership, performance, and long-term growth.

You will:

  • Run high-impact discovery calls and pitch tailored solutions
  • Sell our recruitment services, supported by proprietary software
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to renewal
  • Collaborate with our incredible specialist teams to help you close deals and retain business
  • Use AI tools and automation to reduce admin and amplify impact
  • Own your book of business and grow it over time

With a clear playbook, AI-powered support, and real mentorship, you'll have everything you need to succeed, but the drive must come from you.

You Live to Sell, Not Just Work in Sales.

This role is for someone who loves selling, not just someone looking for a sales job.

You’ll thrive if you have:

  • 1 to 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
  • Confidence across full-cycle sales
  • Strong communication and natural curiosity
  • CRM and KPI comfort
  • Grit, focus, and energy

Bonus if you bring:

  • Experience in recruitment, media, tech or B2B services sales
  • Curiosity about software and how it supports business success
  • Confidence using AI or sales enablement tools

While this is not a pure software sales role, a willingness to learn will set you up for long-term success.
