We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our remote Manila team, supporting our Australia-based Recruitment Specialists.

This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where you’ll help drive campaign success through accurate job deployments, candidate outreach, and system management — all from the comfort of your home.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative offshore team, helping deliver high-quality recruitment campaigns for clients across Australia.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deploying job advertisements across multiple job boards and platforms

• Posting and managing content across social media channels

• Supporting digital headhunting and preparing candidate communications

• Completing daily campaign tasks within Salesforce

• Monitoring deployment accuracy and timelines

• Generating reports and updating campaign progress

• Collaborating with the wider recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone with recruitment coordination or delivery experience who is confident working with job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate outreach in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in recruitment, recruitment coordination, or HR support

• Hands-on experience posting and managing roles on major job boards such as SEEK, Indeed, and LinkedIn

• Experience with candidate sourcing, headhunting, and outreach (e.g. LinkedIn search, messaging, or database sourcing)

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

• A proactive and organised work style

• Confidence working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM/ATS systems (highly regarded)

Work setup requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• A quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work

• Ability to work Australian business hours

Equipment will be provided. Occasional office visits may be required for equipment collection if needed.
