Grow Your Skills While Making a Difference

CLC is seeking a full-time Senior Computer Services Officer to join our Information Technology team based in Alice Springs, NT.

Reporting to the Computer Services Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to broaden your technical expertise while supporting an organisation that delivers meaningful outcomes across Central Australia.

You'll gain exposure to help desk, systems administration and cybersecurity while helping ensure staff across the organisation remain connected, supported, and productive.

More specifically, you will:

  • Support and enhance a broad range of ICT and operational technology systems
  • Build experience across Microsoft 365, Systems Administration, and Cybersecurity initiatives
  • Contribute to cybersecurity monitoring and technology improvement initiatives
  • Provide trusted technical support to staff across the organisation
  • Assist with technology upgrades, implementations, and ongoing system improvements

This role is particularly suited to ICT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or Service Desk professionals looking to take the next step in their career.

Bring Your Curiosity, Initiative, and Technical Know-How

To qualify, you will need tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field and demonstrated experience in ICT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or a similar environment

The following skills and experience will be highly regarded:

  • Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
  • Cybersecurity monitoring, security tools, or related Certifications
  • PowerShell scripting or automation
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Advanced Help Desk and Level 2 support experience
  • Experience with Veeam Backup and Replication

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and continuously learning. You'll bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach that helps create great outcomes for both your team and the people you support.
