As Manager – Accounting, Tax & Business Advisory, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of privately owned business clients while leading a capable team and delivering outstanding Accounting, Tax and Business Advisory services.

More importantly, you'll become a trusted adviser to your clients—building long-term relationships, understanding their businesses and helping them navigate both their compliance obligations and broader commercial opportunities.

You'll enjoy the autonomy to make decisions, take ownership of your client portfolio and build trusted relationships that create lasting value.

The Manager Who'll Thrive at Prime

To be successful in this role, you'll bring a CA or CPA qualification and proven Accounting, Tax & Business Advisory experience gained within Australian public practice. You'll also:

• Enjoy taking ownership and building trusted client relationships
• Lead by example, mentoring and developing others
• Think commercially and enjoy understanding the bigger picture behind your clients' businesses

Previous exposure to Virtual CFO or broader advisory services will be highly regarded, but isn't essential. We're looking for someone with the curiosity and ambition to continue growing as a trusted adviser.
