About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join the Fasta Pasta team in Brisbane's southside. If you're a passionate and motivated individual, keen to take the Fasta Pasta brand onto a national stage - this is is the opportunity for you!
This role will give you the opportunity to work in a number of different aspects of the daily operations, as you assist in maintaining restaurant objectives.
Some of your responsibilities may include (but not be limited to):
- Assisting in the continuing development of the Floor and Kitchen teams;
- Rostering, personnel training, allocation of tasks, evaluation of performance and supervising other staff;
- Maintaining quality of operations, product and presentation in accordance with procedures, guidelines and standards;
- Maintaining operations through preventative maintenance and service requests of plant & equipment;
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and cleanliness; and
- Stock control, and controlling, analysing and reporting on operating budgets and all financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have mid to high level supervisory or management experience within a similar hospitality environment. You will be capable of both leading and working as part of a team and will possess an ambitious and self-motivated disposition.
Excellent time management, communication and people skills are essential to your success. You will also show plenty of initiative, and display a positive attitude to everything that you do!
A current QLD Driver's Licence and your own reliable transport is also required for this role.
