Apollo: Every great road trip starts in our workshop

Somewhere right now, a family is pulling out of an Apollo branch with the keys in hand and the open road ahead. Before they set off, someone made sure the cupboards closed, the latches clicked and the tyres were ready for the long haul.

That someone could be you.

Apollo has been putting travellers on the road since 1985. As thl’s flagship brand, we operate one of the largest motorhome and campervan fleets across Australia and New Zealand, with branches in every state and territory. Summer is our busiest season, and our Bankstown crew needs 2–3 more capable pairs of hands.

Get on the road with Apollo!

Your toolbox, our motorhomes

When a motorhome rolls back in, you'll work through our checklist and put things right: checking tyre tread, fixing doors, cupboards and compartments, swapping latches and tightening fittings. It's practical carpentry and handyman work.

You'll join a close-knit crew of around four, reporting to the Branch Manager.

Is this you?

  • Our Branch Manager keeps it simple: We need people who show up, work honestly and give it their best. We'll teach you our systems. You bring:
  • Confidence with hand and power tools, and the know-how to fix a broken cupboard or door latch
  • No trade ticket required — confidence with tools and a willingness to learn hands-on repairs (a trade or RV background is a bonus)
  • A valid open driver's licence
  • Availability for some rostered weekends once you're trained

The rewards

  • Base salary of $57,300 per annum, plus superannuation, employee allowance and role allowance (approximately $63,000 in total annual earnings, excluding super)
  • Uncapped commission, typically $5,000–$10,000 a year
  • Your own road trip: a free Apollo motorhome for 4 days within your first 3 months
  • Kitted out: uniform supplied, tools on site and up to $100 back on steel-capped boots
  • Room to grow: a path to Workshop Supervisor, Assistant Branch Manager or front-office roles
  • One Wellbeing Day provided each financial year to support your health and wellbeing
