Reporting directly to the CEO, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic State Operations Manager to join the Fasta Pasta team based in Springwood.
In this leadership role, you will be primarily focused on driving the standards of 10 Fasta Pasta Restaurants across South East Queensland, as you implement systems and procedures to ensure the highest standards of operation. As an active member of the development team, you will spear head the growth of the organisation to 20 restaurants throughout South East Queensland.
Each month you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a plan and schedule indicating specific goals and actions for each of the ten restaurants you are managing.
Some of your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Reaching sales, profit and operational targets and goals;
- Achieving agreed service targets and controllable expenses;
- Implementing and managing the quarterly business plan program for each store; and
- Protecting customers, staff and the Fasta Pasta brand from any health and safety risks.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of supervisory or management experience in operations within a similar hospitality environment. You will be capable of both leading and working as part of a team and will possess an ambitious and self-motivated disposition.
The successful applicant will have a significant demonstrated track record in successfully achieving sales and budget targets, preferably in a multi-site operation. Excellent time management, communication and people skills will also be essential to your success.
A current QLD Driver's Licence and your own reliable transport are also required for this role.
The role also offer some flexibility as you manage 10 restaurants and determine your own hours over a 5 day week based on each business' needs.
For your hard work and dedication, Fasta Pasta will reward you with a competitive remuneration circa $90,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications, including car allowance plus generous bonuses to increase your take home pay!
