About the Opportunity
VAE Railway Systems Pty Ltd currently have an exciting opportunity for career focused Assembly Personnel to join their dynamic team in Mackay, QLD on a full time basis.
In these roles, you'll be responsible for the assembly of specialised track work.
To become part of our fast growing and dynamic company and help achieve our business goals, you will need:
- The ability to interpret technical drawings
- Competency in the use of graduated measuring devices
- Competency in the use of hand tools
- Forklift and overhead crane experience highly regarded but not essential.
Applicants must have the above competencies, and VAE will train them in the custom technologies and processes required for the role.
All new employees will be required to pass a full medical test upon request.

VAE Railway Systems Pty Ltd offers attractive pay rates starting from $25.77ph (dependent on experience and qualifications), along with access to continued training and career development opportunities.
Overtime will be available once training has been completed.
In these roles, you will be participating in rotating shifts Monday to Friday, working approximately 38 - 45 hours per week.
