About the Opportunity
CCD Electrical has fantastic opportunities for full time A-Grade Electricians to join their close knit team in Darwin, NT.
In this role, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of electrical installation and maintenance duties including (but not limited to):
- Conducting general installations and repairs for industrial and commercial customers;
- Building control panels and rewiring existing control panels;
- Installing Telemetry systems;
- Repairing and maintaining Sewer and Water Control systems;
- Wiring Data Takers, Mag Flow Units, Pulse Meters and Modems; and
- Underground trenching.
To be successful in this role, you will have an A-Grade Electrical Licence (NT) as well as a valid White Card. In addition, you will have knowledge of PLCs and strong experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of control boards and control systems, preferably within the Water and Wastewater industry.
CCD Electrical is looking for enthusiastic and reliable candidates with excellent electrical fault finding and diagnostic ability. You will be a problem solver and will have high level organisational ability which will ensure you are able to manage your workload and multitask as necessary. Importantly, you will also have the ability to communicate effectively with the CCD team as well as external customers.
A current C Class Driver's Licence as well as a Working at Heights certificate and a Working in Confined Spaces certificate are essential to be considered.
