About the Opportunity
CompuMenn Group has an exciting opportunity for a Fuji Xerox DocuCare Representative to join their team in Melbourne, VIC.
In this pivotal role, you will be providing preventative maintenance and a high level of customer service to ensure a high standard of print quality, machine performance and client satisfaction.
More specifically, your duties will include (but will not be limited to)
- Providing preventative maintenance for multifunctional devices;
- Representing both CompuMenn and Fuji Xerox Global Services in the delivery of the DocuCare Service;
- Providing clients with device training on how to use the basics of their device, both in one-on-one and group training situations;
- Forwarding any technical device or software faults to FXA as a priority; and
- Ensuring consumables are replaced, stocked and replenished as per site requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional customer service skills as this is a integral part of the position, with the ability to manage sometimes difficult situations while ensuring customer needs are met in an efficient manner. You will also have the ability to rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of device operation and default setup, allowing you to troubleshoot problems with ease and authority.
Your strong communication and team-work skills will also be essential to your success, as well as your ability to be pro-active with your workload. Importantly, you will be well presented, polite and punctual, as you will be the face of the organisation. This is highly autonomous role, so being self motivated and being able to show initiative is essential.
