About the Opportunity
Natio has an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Manager to join their team based in the Melbourne Head Office.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sales growth in Pharmacies and Department Stores throughout Australia and New Zealand, along with developing new markets in line with the vision and objectives of stakeholders. With a strong focus on driving and implementing sales strategies and maintaining the brand, you will deal directly with state pharmacy distributors and their sales teams to deliver results.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role at a senior level and looking to offer their capacity and capability to an established & growing business. Experience in the cosmetic or skin care industry is not essential, however will be highly regarded.
You'll be a proven leader who is driven to manage, motivate and develop the existing sales force and internal team. Leading by example, you'll display integrity, innovation and flexibility in your approach.
Combining your common sense and collaborative approach, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent negotiation skills and strategic ability. It is essential that you have the energy and enthusiasm to drive both the sales team and the business forward.
