This is an opportunity for you to join one of Australia's biggest success stories as a National Marketing Manager working with the iconic Flight Centre brand.

Based in the Brisbane head office, you will be responsible for working with leaders in the business to establish the strategic marketing direction and developing the annual marketing, destination and co-operative plans for the brand.

Some of your key duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Leading the development of communication and unique product offers to optimise the brand value proposition and target customer segment revenues;
  • Establishing the marketing direction, content and focus of the digital and social media strategies;
  • Developing all brand communication and ensuring consistency with brand CVP's and standards while maintaining brand integrity;
  • Ensuring execution of relevant and timely campaigns, working closely with product teams  and key travel partners;
  • Establishing the Direct Marketing strategy and the implementation of campaigns to drive database subscription, brand awareness and enquiry to the stores; and
  • Maintaining and maximising preferred supplier and tourism body relationships at a national level.

Flight Centre Limited is looking for a dynamic individual who has a minimum of 5 years demonstrated marketing management experience in a similar role, supported by a tertiary qualification in Marketing or a relevant discipline. You'll have a proven track record of achievement, ideally within the travel and retail industries.

With a strong knowledge of and experience in traditional media, online, direct marketing and social media, you'll use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive the agreed change in the business and influence a broad range of stakeholders, as well as leading and motivating the Flight Centre brand team.

You'll be innovative, creative and driven to succeed, and will be able to apply your outstanding problem solving skills to many tasks. Most importantly, you will have a can-do attitude and always strive to push limits and possibilities to their full extent.
