About the Opportunity  

Natio has a once in a lifetime opportunity for an experienced National Sales Manager to join their head office in Melbourne.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a hands on role that will see you responsible for growing sales and developing new opportunities for Natio within the Australian market and overseas.

More specifically, your duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Planning, managing, executing and expanding Natio’s yearly National Sales Strategy;
  • Driving sales growth through both existing and new pharmacy and department store channels;
  • Developing new business opportunities with new clients, new areas of activity and distribution outlets;
  • Sourcing strategic opportunities to expand the Natio brand in Australia, New Zealand and other overseas markets; and
  • Developing sales strategies for each region and existing clients.

This is a great opportunity to use your extensive sales management experience at a senior level to help drive performance within an already well established brand. You will display a well-developed business and commercial acumen which will allow you to plan and execute sales strategies successfully. Experience in the cosmetic or skin care industry is not essential, however will be highly regarded.

Importantly, you'll be a proven leader who is driven to manage, motivate and develop the existing sales force and internal team. Leading by example, you'll display integrity, ethics, innovation and flexibility in your approach.

Combining your common sense and collaborative approach, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent negotiation skills and strategic ability. It is essential that you have the energy and enthusiasm to drive both the sales team and the business forward.

You will be dedicated to driving change to constantly improve sales within the business and will draw on your excellent entrepreneurial skills to do so.
