About the Opportunity
Carthills has an excellent opportunity available for a full time Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team in Mt Gravatt, Brisbane.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you'll be delivering client-focused, quality and professional administrative support services.
More specifically, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Preparing correspondence to clients;
- Providing backup for the administration team and reception as required;
- Report collation and presentation;
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC; and
- Checking and processing Notices of Assessment, providing lodgement services to government departments and other related services.
To succeed, you'll be a highly professional and respectful individual with a minimum of 2 years demonstrated administration experience, ideally within a professional services environment. Further qualifications in relevant business or administration studies will be highly regarded. As someone who strives for excellence and is results-oriented, you'll possess a systematic approach, strong attention to detail skills and the proven ability to work to deadlines.
Carthills is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated person with excellent presentation and communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to effectively build strong and transparent relationships with both staff and clients. Displaying great integrity levels, you'll also possess a commitment to great customer service and a positive "can do attitude".
To be considered, you'll also require intermediate computer and MS Office skills (Word & Excel), with the ability to touch type.
Within this role, you'll also be given the opportunity to develop your skills in business development, quality management and collaboration, so a demonstrated drive for continual professional and personal development is a must!
