About the Opportunity

Phoenix Foundry has an exciting opportunity for a career minded Customer Service professional to join their successful business as Operations Supervisor (Customer Service & Design) based in the picturesque country town of Uralla, NSW.  

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be coordinating a range of functions within this dynamic business while also supervising a team of 8 direct reports.

Some of your day to day duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Coordinating customer service operations from order receipt through to design and proofing;
  • Reviewing, developing and implementing system improvement processes;
  • Ensuring KPI targets are being met and maintained; and
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures. 

Phoenix Foundry is looking for a customer service focused candidate with strong experience building and managing high performing teams.  

Importantly, you'll thrive in a busy environment and, as a quick and innovative thinker, you will love taking on challenging projects and resolving issues as they arise.  

While not essential, candidates with experience in graphic design, sales and/or marketing will be highly regarded.
