About the Opportunity
David Evans Group has an exciting opportunity for a Fixed Operations Manager to join their team in Boonah, QLD.
This is a pivotal role within the Boonah dealership which will find you responsible for managing the daily operations of both the Parts and Service departments. This will include managing and implementing processes and policies as well as establishing and developing profitable relationships with key customers.
More specifically, your duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Managing the Parts and Service department personnel and performance
- Planning, managing, executing and expanding David Evans Group Sales Strategy;
- Driving sales growth and maintaining profitability for the Boonah dealership;
- Providing technical assistance and support to customers; and
- Developing and maintaining sales and product knowledge.
This is a great opportunity to use your management experience to help drive performance within an already well established brand. Your leadership ability will be the key to your success in this role, as you coach, train, motivate and mentor your team to drive strong results for the business. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a experience within an Automotive or Agricultural Parts or Service Management position.
David Evans Group is looking for a confident and well spoken candidate with excellent leadership skills and strong commercial acumen. You'll also be target driven and will havethe ability to provide strong team leadership in achieving targets across the business.
