About the Opportunity
Dejan SEO has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join them in the Brisbane Technology Park at Eight Miles Plains, QLD.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll be working closely with the Head of SEO and Strategists to build and maintain strong and profitable relationships with Dejan SEO's clients.
This is a vital role within the organisation that will find you responsible for a portfolio of roughly 70 trading clients.
Your specific, day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Communicating on a daily basis with your clients;
- Preparing weekly reports for your clients;
- Collaborating with other teams including the technical, creative and content teams; and
- Assisting the strategist with research and development.
To be successful, you'll be an outstanding communicator that brings a warm and positive attitude into the office every day. You'll need extensive experience in Account Management, preferably within a digital agency environment, although you personality and behavioural traits are more important than your digital marketing experience.
Importantly, you will be highly organised with strong project management skills which will ensure your ability to manage a busy workload with often competing priorities. Dejan SEO are looking for an autonomous self starter who can hit the ground running and start building upon an existing portfolio of strong clients.
