About the Opportunity
Due to exciting growth, Ausmar Homes has a key opportunity for a Client Liaison Officer to join their dedicated and professional team in Cooroy, Sunshine Coast on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role will find you responsible for liaising with clients from the initial sale and guiding them through the administration and building process, right through until handover. You'll be the sole contact throughout the entire building process, and responsible for high level liaison between multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Preparing pre-contract and contract documentation and variations;
- Coordinating building approvals;
- Providing clients with weekly progress updates;
- Continuous liaison with sales, accounts and construction departments;
- Responding professionally to all client queries; and
- Ensuring details and required information are recorded and processed within designated time-frames.
To be successful in this role you must have strong knowledge of building products and construction processes, as well as the demonstrated ability to read, understand and explain house plans. You will be a born leader and exhibit strong management and coordination skills.
The successful candidate will value open and honest communication and display strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have a professional telephone manner and an ability to build a rapport with a wide range of people on all levels. A high level of computer competency is essential.
Professional and motivated, you will possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills. You will work well autonomously as well as part of a friendly team, and always be willing to lend a hand.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience.)
