We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing, close-knit team in Milton, Brisbane. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and problem solving for our corporate clients. This is a unique opportunity for a people-focused individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering high quality service, to get their foot in the door with a successful organisation.

To be considered for this position, you will be energetic and will have experience in a relevant area such as customer service, administration or HR. You must be solutions focused, with a professional phone manner, good listening skills and high-level of attention to detail.
This role requires the successful candidate to have strong computer literacy and highly developed and effective communication skills. Your ability to disseminate information for the client to help them reach the desired outcome will be essential for your success in this role. In addition, you will be a self motivated 'go getter' who is able to work comfortably and accurately in corporate and fast paced team environment.
